Description
Clostridium Chauvoei-Septicum- Novyi-Sordellii-Perfringens Types C & D, Haemophilus Somnus Bacterin-Toxoid. Bar-VacÆ 7/Somnus bacterin-toxoid is prepared from cultures of the organisms listed.
Alum precipitated.

Bar-Vac 7/Somnus provides an economical, convenient way to protect healthy susceptible cattle from seven-way clostridia and H somnus in one combination vaccine.
Dosage & Administration
Using aseptic technique inject a single 5 mL dose Sub-Q. Repeat in 21 days and once annually.
Precautions
Store out of direct sunlight at a temperature between 35∞ - 45∞ F (2∞ - 7∞ C). Avoid freezing. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Transient swelling at the injection site may occur. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.
Antidote: Epinephrine.
Uses
Bar-Vac 7/Somnus is recommended for vaccination of healthy, susceptible cattle against disease caused by Clostridium chauvoei, Cl septicum, Cl novyi, Cl sordellii, Cl perfringens Types C and D and H somnus.
